Located on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this modern home consists of three levels built into a steep hillside. To take advantage of the extensive views and create a spectacular outdoor living experience, a multi-level pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and entertaining area were installed. Working in conjunction with licensed landscape contractors this modern landscape design compliments the clean lines of the house’s architecture. The homeowner, originally from Singapore, requested a colorful tropical landscape. An extensive collection of succulents better suited to the rocky terrain was used to mimic a lush tropical garden.
